The management of NLT committed the Safety, Security, Health and Environment protection are paramount important in all respects and levels of the company and these are key of success of operation and shall take responsible and practicable steps to prevent the risk of personal injury, ill health, material damaged and environmental pollution .

• Promote the SSHE Policy and loss prevention.
• Provide competent workforce, adequate resources and organization in all our activities in ensuring a safe environment at the workplace.
• Adopt proactive approach to identify health, safety and environment hazards in all areas of operation and minimize the risks to level as low as reasonably practicable.
• Maintain a high degree of emergency preparedness.
• Promote the workplace / office hygiene and arrange it optimize related to the standard requirement.
• Continually improving our Health, Safety and Environment Management System to achieve our aim of zero accidents, good health and pollution free environment.
• Drive and promote continuous improvement of SSHE performances.
• Identify the environment hazards in all areas of operation and eliminate the risks to a level as low as reasonably practicable.
• Comply with all applicable nation environmental legislation, rules and regulations.
• Promote the use of environmentally friendly materials effective utilization of natural resources and efficient processes for the prevention of pollution.
• Establish and review its operational controls to continually improve for environmental performance.
• Reduce the waste maximize energy efficiency and conserve resources towards sustainable development.
• Manage its business with the goal of preventing incidents and of controlling emissions and wastes to below harmful levels; design, operate and maintain facilities to this end.
